Students should follow these guidelines when using their Chromebooks:

1) Be gentle and careful when using the Chromebook. Damaging the device on purpose (vandalism) is not covered by the warranty on your Chromebook, and costs for repair will be charged to you.

2) Do not share your Chromebook with other students.

3) Know the asset tag number on the bottom of your Chromebook.

4) Keep your Chromebook in your possession as much as possible.

5) Lock your Chromebook when you are away from it.

6) Every so often, wipe your Chromebook down with a wet wipe or a damp paper towel.

7) Charge your Chromebook at home so you can leave your charger at home. Chargers that are brought to school will often get stolen.
